Whether you’re attempting to climb or descend a hill, you might be tempted to try it at an angle. Never do this! Always make sure you’re always attempting the obstacle straight on.
Always position your vehicle so that you’re entering the ascent or descent straight on. You want the vehicle to be perpendicular to the hill facing straight up or down to prevent a deadly rollover. If you enter the approach on an angle, you’re likely not to be able to straighten the vehicle out in time and roll the vehicle.
