Product Overview
This full set of flares is crafted from high-quality fibreglass and comes in a gel coat finish, available in either gloss black or white. While the flares are ready to install as-is, we recommend painting them for a more durable, UV-resistant finish. Standard automotive painting methods apply: sand, prime, sand, and paint. It's advisable to pre-fit the flares before painting to ensure the best fit and finish.

Fitting Instructions The flares are designed to be screwed to the underlip of your Pajero's guards. The door flares attach to the provided fibreglass door fitting brackets, which are then secured to the doors. We recommend using 8 gauge, 20mm button head screws for a strong fit, although screws are not included to allow for personal preference.
For attaching the rubber seals, we suggest using a contact adhesive. This method provides a strong bond while allowing for easy removal if you decide to repaint the flares later. Avoid using heavy-duty glues or silicones, as they can make future adjustments difficult. Do not attempt to fit the flares without the rubber seals, as they are essential to the installation process.
