Product Details Crafted from high-quality fibreglass, these flares are available in a gel coat finish of gloss black or white. For enhanced UV resistance and a long-lasting finish, we recommend painting the flares. The painting process is straightforward—simply sand, prime, sand again, and paint, just like you would with standard vehicle panels. Be sure to pre-fit the flares before painting to ensure the best results.

Fitting Instructions These flares are installed by screwing them to the underlip of the front and rear guards. The door flares attach to fibreglass door fitting brackets provided in the kit. For a secure installation, we recommend using 8 gauge, 20mm button head screws, although screws are not included to allow for personal preference.
To attach the rubber seals, we suggest using contact adhesive. This adhesive is strong enough to keep the seals in place while still allowing for easy removal if you decide to repaint the flares later. Avoid using permanent glues or silicones, as they may hinder future adjustments. Remember, do not attempt to fit the flares without first attaching the rubber seals, as they are essential for proper installation.

- Rubber Seals: Available by the metre (part number FSHR01).
Important Notes These flares are aftermarket products and are not OEM parts. They are designed specifically for 2006-2015 ML/MN Triton models with bullbars, but slight variations in fitment may occur, particularly on vehicles with guard rails. Any minor surface imperfections can be easily resolved during the painting process, ensuring a flawless finish.
